There is a time and place for everything, I just want to bring awareness to what it will cost you over a time span when you choose to rent versus ownership. Ownership can bring you wealth if strategically done correctly. There is nothing wrong with renting. However, keep in mind that once you're in position to own an asset, it will bring you a return on your investment.

You will want to request for repairs within reason. In some cases, ask for credit towards repair or request repairs completed prior to closing.
