We are beyond thankful for all of the love and support for our small business. We hadn’t either but after stumbling across what appeared to be a fiasco and a quick internet search, we knew a test run of this recipe had to happen. We were NOT disappointed!

This unique crustless dessert was developed by Santiago Rivera (chef and owner of La Viña in San Sebastian, Spain.) It features a sinfully silky smooth interior and blistered top. Many compare the flavor to crème brûlée and we agree! 🤤

Tossin’ back to the 80s this Throwback Thursday. Baking is always fun, but when a client gives direction and leaves the rest to creative license, the final product really shines!

Beyond excited and grateful for the client who entrusted us with the honor of creating this cake to announce which law school their double-majored Longhorn had chosen. She graduated with highest honors, having repeatedly made the Dean’s least, and a 4.0 GPA. BIG congratulations and best of luck at A&M! 👍🏼
