This May, we hosted a very special office guest in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month! Our team got to meet Maisie Lou, an adorable Golden Retriever puppy who was all too happy to provide some Doggy Therapy - bringing an extra dose of mid-afternoon joy to the office.
A special thanks to dog mom Mallory Perez for bringing Maisie Lou by, and for training such a sweet and well-behaved pup. She made everyone’s workday a little brighter!
Our annual spring outing - this time, bowling at Lucky Strike Houston! 🎳 Together, we enjoyed an afternoon of strikes, spares, and a few personal bests; some of us even showed off some league-worthy skills! We’re always grateful for the opportunity to step away, have fun, and connect as a team.

We had a ✨perfect✨ day to celebrate the groundbreaking of Morgan Pearl Lake Pointe in Sugar Land! This milestone is especially meaningful as the area hasn’t traditionally seen many new multifamily communities. We’re excited for the energy and life this project will bring to Lake Pointe Town Center. Congratulations team!
