We can break stigmas by educationing yourself and the people in your circle. Learn the FACTS about mental health disorders and illnesses. Stop listening to myths. If you do not fully understand something, research before you speak about.

If you don’t think you can help someone. You can. In ways you wouldn’t believe

Ways to prioritize your mental health:

1. Stop reacting
2. Listen to your body
3. SHIFT your core beliefs
4. Start saying “NO”
5. Get good sleep

Mental health affects all areas of our lives. We are dedicated to breaking the stigma associated with mental health. You would think with all of the psychological advancements, the world would be more understanding. We are building a community for mental health support🕊️

If you have made a difference in the life of ONE person, you have changed the world…their world. Never underestimate the power of ONE!

It has been a long, long, long time coming. I finally have BoD. We have article of incorporation, and bylaws. 1023 pending. Currently discussing a the first program we will roll out. Mental health/mental illness is very important to me and I am very glad I get to help other people. I am glad I get to bring awareness to people and help break stigmas. My heart is happy and proud.

The YANA Initiative is excited to announce our first annual Back-to-School Donation Drive!Let's help students in need start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed. We are trying to fill 100 backpacks🎒

How You Can Help:
Donate new or gently used backpacks
Contribute school supplies: notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons, etc.
Monetary donations are also welcome via: Cash App, Zelle, or I can send you a donation form through Square and you can use debit or credit.

Help us make a difference. Every contribution counts!

Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening world changers‼️ We are having our first event starting July 10th-August 7th, 2024. It will be a back-to-school drive where will collect and donate school supplies to Montgomery Country Women’s Shelter located in Conroe Texas. We are working to get our website up and running and hoping to get a few local companies involved. We are not quite on the “fast track” but we are on track for upcoming projects and events. As we gain momentum, the page’s posts and engagement will increase. Thank you for your continued support.
