We are hiring an office manager for our new equipment rental location in Calvert, TX! We are looking for an individual to co-ordinate rentals of our heavy equipment, and be an integral part of operating the rental day-to-day business. This would include creation of contracts within our contract software, coordinating payment with customers, as well as coordination of pickup and deliveries with the company driver. We will provide training for the store’s equipment rental software. Applicants need to be reliable, organized, personable and have strong communication skills. Weekdays only, with overtime and other benefits offered. Our business day begins at 7:30 AM. Applicants need to be able to pass a drug screen and background check (we pay for it). Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks experience appreciated. Knowledge of heavy equipment preferred, but not required.
