Izzy got a new skill!!
Sutton is learning her standing and cartwheel full. I've always refused to spot both but I've recently changed my mindset on that philosophy and my athletes are progressing a lot quicker because of it. If there's one thing I keep in mind it's
"I can always learn more and be a better coach"
