We’re incredibly grateful to Vault for partnering with us to bring Harvest by Fire to life.

We witnessed ingredients harvested steps from the table transform into thoughtful, beautifully crafted dishes. Vault brought creativity to every course, celebrating the farm, season, and simple pleasure of gathering around a table.

A special thank you to Vault’s Executive Chef Andrew Disney, World Food Dessert Champion Emily Bench, owner Dr. Daron Praetzel, Champion Pit Master Brant Williams, Adrianne, and the rest of their team for valuing local, naturally-grown food.

Shout out to County Judge Daryll Mahoney for a last-minute permit to cook during the burn ban and Fountain Lake Fire Department’s Lee for your onsite supervision.

Such a joy to host 45 of the warmest and most supportive ladies from the Hot Springs Women's Welcome Club for a farm tour and luncheon today. Lunch featured a tour by Farmer Kyle, the culinary talents of Mother Goose Baking Co, produce from Fat Rabbit Farms, pasture raised chicken from TwistY oaks Farm, and the hard work of several amazing volunteers (Glenn, Mary, Carol 🩵🩵🩵). Thanks to the crew and the ladies for another beautiful (and delicious) day on the farm!
