Here’s what I’m seeing:

🏡 Buyers are STILL buying.
Over 100 new escrows opened on O‘ahu just last week.

💰 But buyers have more leverage than they may realize.

When a seller is motivated, we can potentially negotiate for things like:

✨ A lower purchase price
✨ Seller-paid closing costs
✨ Seller-paid interest-rate buydowns
✨ Repairs or credits
✨ Other concessions that can reduce the buyer’s overall cost

And this is where strategy matters.

The market doesn’t have to be “perfect” for you to buy.
