United Recovery Project Behavioral Health is looking for a passionate, master’s-level Primary Therapist to join our Mental Health Residential Treatment Program.

🩺 What You’ll Do:
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Maintain compliant, timely clinical documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s-level clinician with strong clinical foundation
• Experience with high-acuity mental health populations preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must pass Level 2 background screening
