I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. I had an appointment to have my cover remover. I was diligent about getting the leaves out and pumping out the water. Unfortunately I have breast cancer and was admitted to the hospital for sepsis and was not aware of the storms last night. They refused to open the pool until I removed the small ravines of water and pollen remnants were removed. I came home and lifted the cover as weak as I was with one other person without a problem. None of what was in the cover went into the pool. It took 10 minutes-we rolled it and let the excess water drain out of the sides. I find this not just unprofessional but purely inhumane. Shame on you Empire Pools.
