Our company is currently seeking ​an Office Manager Bookkeeper. We are looking for someone with experience in the pool business, or construction.

For more than twenty years, Marlin Pools has been a leading services provider for inground swimming pools and pool construction, pool supplies, join our team!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for intaking billing forms and creating invoices, as well as mailing them out

Collecting payments via telephone and by mail

Check the accuracy of business transactions

Answer phone calls and take detailed messages

Manage a schedule for multiple crews

Ordering Parts & Supplies from distributors

Keeping a tidy office

Communicate with other office members well

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bookkeeping or pools and construction would be helpful

Knowledge of Quickbooks (Must), Service Software Systems, Word, Excel

Ability to prioritize and multitask, Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented attitude and ability to deal with a loud and fast work environment.

English speaking, some Spanish is very helpful (not a must)

This is a seasonal job, March to November usually.

Hourly Wage is commiserate based on experience.
