Jersey City continues to give buyers more options, with plenty of inventory available and homes taking a little time to find the right buyer. At the same time, average sale prices are holding strong, with homes that are priced and positioned well still selling at or slightly above asking.

DOMODOMO Jersey City has become one of my favorite spots in Downtown Jersey City and is such a good go-to for so many different occasions. Their waterfront location has a great atmosphere, whether you’re meeting someone for a business lunch, having a martini lunch with friends, or heading out for a date night or dinner with a group.

And if you’re staying in, their delivery is just as good. Their custom bento boxes make ordering sushi at home feel a little more elevated.

They’ve definitely built something special, and I love having one right here in DTJC. If you haven’t tried DOMODOMO yet, I highly recommend adding it to your list!
