Momma Breeze went to the vet to get a puppy count, it's looking like 3 very large babies all shoved up under her ribs, poor thing. I'm hoping maybe another one is hiding in there somewhere. 🤞 I can't wait to see what colors these babies are, it's always a wonderful surprise, should arrive sometime late next week💗 praying all goes well with babies and mom. 🙏🙏🙏

Yes, we are Bred with Heart! Focusing on health and improving the breed. I've been doing this for quite some time, but now I have the certificate, lol. It is quite a process and expense getting these dogs health tested, but so worth it. We strive to improve the health of our crew with each new litter and will continue to do so.

I know there are a lot of people out there looking for a cheap puppy thinking that they saved money, but in the long run, they end up spending way more with health issues or end up putting the dog to sleep or in an animal shelter. It breaks my heart to see and hear all of the horror stories and it's happening way too often.

Having healthy parents sure gives you way better odds in having heathy pups and that should be every breeder's goal (instead of keeping up with the new trend or money maker). Yes outliers can still happen, but that is the rare exception not the norm when you have put the time, research, effort, and money into your dog's pedigree and their health.

No breeder that health tests their dogs and is ethical should feel bad about the prices they are asking (within reason) for their puppies. They've already spent a small fortune just getting to the point of actually having puppies and unfortunately, most people don't understand that. Breeding can be a very stressful, heartbreaking process at times, but hearing from owners of our past pups and the joy the puppy brings to their lives is where the reward is, that never gets old! Plus our dogs are our babies and I can't imagine life without them.

All of these are Kog'Maw babies! Unfortunately, I couldn't get all of his past pups on here, but I have most of them. I was looking back at pictures of past litters and could not believe the incredible variety of colors Kog has produced. I thought I would do a little collage to show what this little guy can do.

He has produced black, black brindle, black with white face, black and white pied, white with freckles, white with red spots, red and white pied, redish brown pied with black, blue, blue with white markings, blue and white pied, lilac, lilac fawn, lilac pied, lilac sable, cream, lilac covered in cream....I think that covers it. You never know what you are going to get with this boy, it's always a surprise, and I love that about him!

This past pup from Rhett and Luce, is doing amazing! Just got this update on her and it makes me amazed and so happy!! I never imagined one of our dogs being able to run more than a mile or 2. Boy have my eyes been opened!
