So the audio is a mismatch, but had to do it! So thankful for this unbelievable gym community that my family and I get to be a part of! Thankful to see positive, happy people every day. Thankful our gym is as close to family as you can get outside of blood lines. Thankful to go to a safe, health driven environment every day for “work”. We are at a disadvantage in today’s world. Alcohol, unhealthy diets, brain sucking apps 🙄, and negativity on the political spectrum can siphon years off a healthy lifespan. Keep it simple: Find a gym, find a program, find a friend who promote health and vitality. Stick to those pillars to live a healthy, independent lifestyle as long as possible. 💪.

Today marks one of the darkest days in our history. If you were over the age of 10 on that day you probably remember it vividly. Shocked, scared, uncertain about what might happen next. The Only silver lining of 911 was the amount of national pride and unity that followed the very next day. I’m Praying we can figure out how to make it back to the time when politics were not in every conversation, and never tore apart friendships and families. I believe 99% of people are good people. I feel it’s time to mend the Good side. Good>Evil.
