Hi everyone! I have a few newbies following me so I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

I am a Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine. I do Metabolic Testing at my husbands office in Downtown Littleton. My husband is a Chiropractor and we are both firm believers in exercise and food being medicine. I create custom meal plans for my clients.

I also have an intense daily accountability program. My goal is to give you all the tools and information you need daily so that after 30 days you’ll have a brand new mindset about nutrition. I track everything daily through an app so I can help you with your nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and goals daily. I believe in spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health as a whole in preventing disease.

I’m a mother of 4 children, 3 boys and a girl. I also work alongside special needs children and adults with All Stars ministry and believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. I am a huge fan of other women who do what I do and believe in supporting them and encouraging their businesses. I encourage my clients to find the very best person and program for them.

It is an honor and a privilege to be able to work alongside so many wonderful people and help them walk in their new identity.
