🚨 Jill with 150! 🚨

Jill and I have known each other since we were in elementary school… apparently. 🤣

I love this story, Jill and I both grew up in MN, in the same neighborhood, went to the same elementary school, and went to the same college!

Yet, we just met about 2 years ago across the street and she’s been a member ever since!

Jill works so hard at Alloy, she’s made a ton of progress and works to keep herself strong for her family! Always with a smile!

Always fun having Jill around!

🚨 Debby has hit 250! 🚨

What an incredible milestone! She has been extremely consistent through her almost 2 years with us.

Though it hasn’t been easy, she’s worked through challenges including wearing a boot with a broken foot, some tendinitis, and personal challenges.

She continues to put herself first and make sure she stays strong and fit for her family!

Absolutely a pleasure to have Debby as one of our members! 💪🏼💛

Rich Sweeney!

Rich has been a member for almost a year and has gained strength, balance, mobility, endurance and confidence!

Rich loves the structured workouts that challenge him and meet him where he is at.

Rich had a heart attack 1 month ago and is now more focused than ever to take care of his health. Rich claims that Alloy helped him recover quickly and gave him a good foundation as he started moving forward again.

Rich’s favorite part of Alloy is the people, and the encouragement they give.

We love having you Rich and so proud of you!

🎉 100, 150, and 200! 🎉

Congrats to Janel, Jason, and Ashley!

Janel w/ 100: Quiet, but mighty! Janel and her husband Jared are both members and have busy lives with work and kids!

Jason w/ 150: Jason just keeps pushing! Recently upping his game to 3x a week, he continues to get stronger along side his wife Jill, who is also a member!

Ashley hits 200!: incredible, and incredible results. Ashley leveled up over the past couple of months focusing hard on her nutrition. She lost 20lbs, gained muscle and lost 6% bodyfat! Also, her daughter Olivia is back from school and starting up again for the summer! 🙌🏼
