Last week I had a great opportunity to attend the 2023 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show along with the International Builders Show put on by the National Homebuilders Association.
The keynote address was given by none other than Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs fame. Mike has a solid understanding of the core issue facing our industry which lead him to start the mikeroweWORKS foundation. His humor, candor, and dedication was motivating to hear as we started 2023 Design Construction Week. Looking forward to next year’s show!

We wrapped a small basement finish right before wrapping up the year. This basement may be small but it’s going a great space used by the whole family!

Kitchen before and after photos are always fun. This home was built in the 1800’s with a 50’s update that had to go.

Here’s a couple of finished millwork pieces and another underway from some of our current projects. The large entrainment center includes custom fabricated cabinets and adjustable shelving units. Fun stuff to build

Had fun showing the guys some basic cabinet fabrication. This is one of our larger basement finishes underway and the homeowners asked for a large entertainment center. With stock cabinets being a challenge to get these days I would rather just build them anyway. These will be finished in white to compliment the dark Cherry too. If you’re interested in a basement finish with custom millwork we are the right company to call!

Lately I’ve been asked to build several of these beam mantels, mostly as part of a basement finish however this one is part a large remodel.
