Viking Idun- Rhine Getaway 2025

📍Luzern
-walked around the city and famous bridge
- enjoyed some yummy fresh fruit from the stand🍓
- walked around the city walls and up to the clock tower
- dinner at Albishaus with some guests 🐄🐈‍⬛

📍🌏Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe!!
- took the train and gondola to the highest point in Europe!!
• surrounded by glaciers and amazing panoramic view!!
•🚞Lauterbrunnen up to Kleine Scheidegg

📍Müren & Gimmelwald walk
- walked and took the gondola back up
- walked around town
- dinner back at the hotel and the yummiest Swiss fondue!! .wengen

📍Day 1 in Switzerland: Grindelwald
-drove car from Basel to Grindewald
-took gondola to First Cliff walk to see views
-walked around Grindewald
-went to hotel in Junfraublick Wengen
- dinner at Restaurant Bären

📍Black Forest
- cuckoo clocks🕰️(Jade bought 2!!)
- scenic drive around the forest
- Black Forest cake demonstration😋
📍Breisach
- found a super cute cafe with a local art gallery inside!
- posed with the dogs
- walked to St. Thomas cathedral and walked around the town, most shops were closed on Sunday

📍Speyer, Germany
-Autotechnik museum and IMAX movie
- walked around the city center and shops Jade Hartsuiker Kevin Hartsuiker

📍 Koblenz
- Sailing by the castles 🏰
- Walking tour of Koblenz (statue of emperor Wilhelm I)
- took the lucky cable car #17 with the glass floor to the fortress
- Ehrensteinbrien fortress where they were hosting a medieval festival
📍Rudesheim
- Drosselgasse street was so cute and picturesque
- Yummy bratwurst

Cologne, Germany! 🇩🇪
- walking tour of historic Cologne and magnificent cathedral, a UNESCO world heritage site
- lunch at Peter’s Brauhaus where we enjoyed delicious goulash and pork belly (very cool stained glass inside)
- walked into the Old town and visited the several shops
- trip to the Lindt chocolate factory (didn’t do the tour but visited the gift shop😋)
- went up to the Kohln Triangle building where you get a 360° panoramic view of the city!
- sailed away from Cologne while enjoying night views of the city

Most of you know me already, but I’m Jade, and I’m honored to re-introduce myself as the new owner of Dazzling Destinations!!

My mother, Amii, built this agency with love, care, and an unwavering passion for helping people explore the world. She believed that travel had the power to create unforgettable memories and experiences. Many of you knew her personally, and I’m so grateful for the relationships she built with clients and the community.

After her passing in June, I felt a strong calling to keep her business alive. Later that summer, I gradually began taking on travel planning and now help family and friends book their trips—all while continuing to work full-time as a nurse. It was her dream to have one of us girls take over, and now, along with the help of my sister Asia (social media manager), I am committed to continuing her legacy with the same warmth, dedication, and energy she was known for.
