We just closed on a really cool historic home originally built in the 1890s near the DU area of Denver.

While the new buyers will most likely scrape the property and build a modern home similar to many others in the neighborhood, it’s always bittersweet seeing a piece of history transition to something new.

Congratulations to my sellers on achieving a fantastic price for their property 👏 and best of luck to the new owners with the exciting project ahead.
