The video contains real footage and may trigger strong emotions. We understand that this may be a difficult moment, and it’s completely normal to experience a range of feelings—whether it’s sadness, anger, anxiety, or physical stress. Please know there is no “right” way to feel, and it’s okay to experience these emotions.

This workshop is designed to offer individuals an opportunity to navigate their grief journey, build resilience, and find solace within a safe community. During this time, we will explore coping strategies, resources, and an overall goal to provide support during the transition of the Center for Strength’s closure through movement, reflection, journaling, and sharing.
