For Mental Health Awareness Month, our Continuum Community client gift was all about something simple but important: taking a moment to pause.

We sent our clients Pinch Me Therapy Dough — a small, tactile reminder to breathe, reset, and make space for well-being during busy workdays.
Advertising moves quickly. Deadlines pile up. Calendars do what calendars do.

So this month, we wanted to send something that encourages a little calm in the middle of it all. What's more, Pinch Me gives a portion of every sale to the Wounded Warrior Project to help support veterans' mental health and wellness initiatives.
