Pretty great way to spend a weekday.
Golf at Arrowhead with a group of guys I’ve played more than a few rounds and tournaments with over the years, this time for the Guild for Good Invitational.
Thanks to my good friend Chris Lien with Guild Mortgage for getting everyone together and spending the day with us.
Good friends, a beautiful Colorado course, and a great cause. Hard to beat that.
You can’t position a property well until you understand what makes it matter.
That means being on-site, talking with the people who know the property best, meeting with contractors and crews, following up on work, making decisions, and making sure the details are handled the way they should be.
On a property like Tall Timber, getting ready for market takes coordination across a lot of moving pieces. I was there throughout that process, helping move things forward and making sure the property was ready to be presented well.
