Um...sometimes thoughts of builders go beyond my understanding! What would you use this space for?

If you don't already know...Zillow, Realtor.com and the like websites charge us, Realtors, to recommend us to you. They are businesses at the end of the day, aiming to make money! The way they do that is charge us for "leads" which passes on your above filled in info from these websites. You are not talking with the listing agent when you fill this out. That is why the second you hit submit you get inundated with calls/texts, because these websites sold your info.

I can't tell you how many buyers I have spoken to that didn't even know they were under contract with an agent because they just saw one house with this one agent that called them from zillow.

Just be careful of traps y'all!!
