Kyle Collinsworth is hosting an elite basketball camp this Thursday at Norton Performance Gym. Known for elite defensive strategies, this intensive will be tailored to each individual athlete.

What to expect:

• Learn the push-step
• Proper on/off ball spacing
• How to change speeds
• Rebounding skills
• Speed and conditioning drills
• Communication and toughness skills

Thursday, October 18th, 9-11 am.

New Precision Therapy at Norton!

Halford Hoops, headed by Skyler Halford, is now practicing at the Norton Performance Recovery Center!

Skyler studied physical therapy at Rocky Mountain University and Champion Physical Therapy and Performance, and played for Utah State, SLCC, and BYU. And after training a wide range of players from 1st grade to pros and collegiate athletes like Kyle Collinsworth (NBA), Elijah Bryant (Israel), Tyler Haws (Spain), Jordan Chatman (Boston College), Frank Bartley (Canada), Tyler Walker (USU-Eastern), and more, Skyler has brought his experience and education to Norton to train basketball players and treat athletes and individuals of all kinds to help them reach their goals and get to an elite level!

Mountain City Basketball Pre-Tryout Camp

August 7th-10th @ Norton Performance

Daily Schedule:
• 1st-3rd Grade: 8:30-10am

• 4th-5th Grade: 10-11:30am

• 6th-7th Grade: 11:30am-1pm

• 8th-9th Grade: 1pm-2:30pm

• 10th-11th Grade: 2:30pm-4pm

*Grade is for upcoming school year.

*Cost is $145/player.

*Space will be limited. Max of 30 kids per session so sign up now.
