Annie got dolled up today for another photo shoot with Purina! They said she’d be on the Purina Pro dog food, just don’t know which formula yet!

I was maybe 14, Daisy and I were running on our road, she was off leash - it was hardly a busy road and she was never far from me. I had head phones in, but heard a dog's claws on the road behind me (He was a big 3 legged chocolate lab). As I turned, he jumped on me and I fell, holding his face. We kept rolling side to side as he was trying to bite me... It all went so fast but next thing I know Daisy barrel rolled him off of me and they tumbled down a hill - growling, snarling, biting each other. I took off down the hill after her as the dog was double her size. Someone - no idea if he was driving on the road and saw it happen(?) but he came out of nowhere and grabbed the dog by the collar as I grabbed Daisy. I was so shook up I just threw her over my shoulder and carried her home through the woods.. even over my shoulder she was still growling and snapping trying to get that dog. Her only battle wound was a bloody ear.
