An Eagle Scout from Troop 43 and a cancer survivor, Matthew has overcome incredible challenges with courage and determination. His journey is a testament to the strength of the Scout Oath and Law, proving that even the toughest obstacles can be met with hope, grit, and an unwavering spirit.
