It's time for our annual toy drive! Once again, we are teaming up with the Cedar Hill Fire Protection District to collect toys for children in our area.

We are accepting new, unwrapped gifts at our headquarters for the next several weeks, located at 2842 High Ridge Blvd. We will also be collecting toys, and monetary donations at Walmart Supercenter High Ridge on Saturday, November 27th, from 9 am - 4 pm, and Sunday, November 28th, from 10 am - 4:30 pm.

Every little bit helps, and donations stay local; let's all join together to make sure every child has a gift to unwrap on Christmas morning!

Do you not have anyone in this store that can answer the phone? I have been trying for a half hour and tried all departments and no one answer, oh wait they just answered and hung up. This store has turned into a joke.

We purchased a bed in March. Bed failed to expand properly so we had it picked up and a new one sent. New one got lost in the shipping process and we requested a refund to go elsewhere as we were tired of sleeping on the floor. Second bed FINALLY showed up and we communicated back and forth on having it picked up to keep our refund. After multiple failures we asked for a shipping option and FedEx picked up the item on a Monday in July. Fast forward we got charged the $329 AGAIN stating we never returned the bed. Tracking with FedEx shows they never picked it up. However I have neighbors witness they did in fact pick it up. We fought to get our refund and now filed a fraud claim with our bank. Your ridiculous and downright false statement of “the customer is now in possession of TWO beds, we will NOT be issuing a credit” is a slap in the face. You stole our money flat and simple. I can’t be the only one. Which means you’ve made plenty by ripping people off. We will be continuing the fraud claim and fight with our bank. Someone higher up as possible needs to MAKE THIS RIGHT before we involve lawyers. This is theft plain and simple. How can one rep see “oh yes it was picked up, your credit will be issued in 3-5 days” but another tells me I need to return the item cause it was never picked up. Plus YOUR “ASSET TEAMS” picked up the first bed THEMSELVES!! So how do we have two beds. Someone fix this NOW PLEASE

Several employees appeared to be doing nothing. I abandoned my cart, and enjoying my day.

I have been calling this store for over an hour with no luck if anyone answering. Fenton Walmart also tried as well. Guess I’ll be up there to voice my complaints about the staff and store since the phone is optional

Why is it this store can not keep dog food in stock? It has been so hard to buy my dogs food from this location. I have had to change dog food 3 times in the last year. Originally they ate Alpo. You stopped selling it. Then I went to purina one. Then that got too hard to find. Now fresh pet. At first I was able to get it when needed. Now I have been to your store several times last week and none. I am so frustrated about this. I found out yesterday that Target sells it and they always have it in stock. So I will be buying it at target now. I just wish i didnt have to go out of my area to purchase.

Good morning!
I need to make complaint concerning your employees.
Since when does an employee think it is okay to tell a shopper to move.
I was shopping in your store on Sunday, March 14th when I was told that he needed me to move so that he could get to a pallet so he could move the pallet. Not very professional. I have gotten to the point that I absolutely HATE shopping in your store. Employees do not wear masks properly. The employees gathering orders for on line shoppers are just rude and don’t have courtesy for in store shoppers-not paying attention when pushing their carts-taking up lots of space in the middle of the aisles. Stockers just stand in the way.
And many many shelves are bare even in the middle of the day.
The store manager needs to do something with this store.
