Book lovers, we are ONE WEEK away from the book sale!

If you are a member of the Friends of the Library, we invite you to stop by early to get first choice on all of the materials the Friends have to sell. The Friends Only sale is from 6:30–8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 26. Not a Friend? Not a problem! Visit here for more information: https://bit.ly/HPPLFriends

Our regular sale begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, and the closing bag sale runs from 3–4 p.m., with everything you can fit into one of our bags for only $4! With bags provided, fill a brown grocery bag with pocket-sized paperbacks for only $10!

If you are hesitant to ask for a book on a tough topic, please visit the second floor of the library and pick up a flyer that will direct you to books on many of the most sensitive subjects. Posters are also displayed with the same information. If you still need help, please speak with a librarian. All conversations are confidential.

The will be closed today, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. We will reopen at our regular time tomorrow, Saturday, June 20th.
