Squat for Guate kicks off tomorrow at CrossFit Stacked, and we can’t wait to see everyone there!

Heats will begin around 9:00 AM and run until 1:00 PM, so spectators, be sure to arrive early to grab a good spot and cheer on the athletes throughout the competition.
