One of the biggest misconceptions we hear is:

“My athlete already practices 3-4 times per week.”

And that’s awesome.

But practice and performance training serve two completely different purposes.

Practice teaches sport skills.

Performance training develops the physical qualities that allow those skills to show up at a higher level.

The strongest, fastest, most explosive athletes aren’t usually the ones who only practice more—they’re the ones who consistently develop their athleticism alongside their sport.

🚨 BASE STAFF DEVELOPMENT RETREAT 🚨

To continue providing the best experience possible for our athletes and adults, all BASE locations will be CLOSED June 18th–19th as our team comes together for our annual Staff Development Retreat.

This time allows our coaches to learn, grow, collaborate, and bring back new ideas that help us better serve every member who walks through our doors.

Thank you for your support and understanding. We’re excited to come back even better and continue helping you reach your goals! 💪🔥

💥Evaluations💥

Evaluations allow us to determine what weaknesses we possess and which are the most important to attack first👊

Evaluations are a simple process that allow us to create a structure for how we are going to improve those weaknesses around training so that we are more well rounded as an athlete 🏆

Shoulder feels weird when you throw, an eval can help lead us to what is causing that issue

Your knees give out when you land, an eval can help us determine how to fix that issue

If you’re having issues with certain aspects of your movements, set up an eval today, let’s get you in so we can get you playing again📈
