Hello Friends 💕

I opened ARA Photography back in 2005 (I can’t believe how fast time has flown) and it has been an incredible journey. We’ve graced magazine covers, had our weddings published in both online and print magazines, and even picked up a few awards along the way. I’ve had the pleasure of covering some truly amazing weddings, meeting fantastic couples and their families, and enjoying some of the best wedding food (one memorable highlight was a groom who prepared and cooked the entire reception menu himself—it was made with such love). I’ve danced a bit, eaten cake, and witnessed some of the most beautiful love stories ever told. I am forever grateful to all of you who have allowed us to be a part of your once-in-a-lifetime events.

With the arrival of our son, Lukas, this year (after years of trying), I have decided that the 2025 wedding season will be our last. I will be transitioning to focus more on lifestyle photography, capturing life’s milestones after the wedding. While I will miss the thrill and excitement of shooting weddings, I now have something even more significant to focus on during my weekends—watching our son grow💙

💕 Hello Bride and Groom To Be, 2020 is shaping up to be a weird year so far. My inbox is constantly pinging with COVID-19 updates, and it’s enough to make any sane person feel nervous. 🥰Just remember … we are all in this together and we are all doing our BEST … don’t forget to look each other in the eyes every day and remember why you chose each other, this may very well be your very first stressful event to work yourselves through so work TOGETHER and you will get through this trying time. Emotions will be high but don’t let them get the best of you!
