She does a fantastic job of blending the male and female points of view which ensures a home the husband and wife will be happy with. She is a very good listener and takes the time to answer all of your questions. She gives you that good feeling inside that you made the right decision in letting her build your home. Janus Custom Homes is diligent in seeing that the process of building a home goes as smoothly as possible. A lot of builders say that they pay close attention to details but oftentimes fall short of reaching that goal. You will find that one of Janus' trademarks is being detail-oriented. She will be on the jobsite every day, making you feel as if you have her undivided attention. I challenge you to visit a home she is in the process of building. Talk to the subs, you learn a 1ot about the builder by doing this. She handpicks her subs and the subs know the quality she demands, there are no second chances here. Your home will have more than the minimum requirements to make it energy-efficient and will be built to last a lifetime. Most people say building a custom home is stressful, and it can be, if you choose the wrong builder. This is our second home that Janice has built for us. She was not only our builder, but has become a good friend. How many people can say that about their builder? "
