By far the greatest strength is asking for help when you're drowning under the weight of life.
Therapy is simply fitness for your mind and there’s no shame in working on it just like your fitness and spiritual health. I couldn’t be more proud of my dear friend Desiree Renee! This girl has walked along my side through some of my biggest hurdles, heartbreaks and breakthroughs. I am beyond blessed to call her one of my best my friends. 🙏🏼
This Friday I get to celebrate her and I invite you to come a meet her at her open house!
