At Del Rio Dental Studio, helping patients get out of pain is always the priority. 💙 Sometimes that means working through lunch, rearranging the schedule, or staying a little later to make same-day treatment possible.

One thing we’re especially proud of is being able to provide treatment in-house whenever possible, so patients can get the care they need without having to be referred elsewhere.

The schedule may panic for a minute, but helping our patients always comes first. ✨

Meanwhile the dental assistant is trying to be in 3 operatories at once, run sterilization, turn over rooms, help Dr., seat patients, answer questions, and the cherry on top is fighting for my life getting a glove onto my sweaty hands 🧤😂🦷

We wait all day for a break in the schedule to catch up, and the second we start talking… a patient walks in👋🏼🙋🏻‍♀️🦷

Perfectly centered X-rays are cool and all… but sometimes we get some wabi sabi x-rays too🦷🙂

Summer’s calling… but so is the schedule ☀️ everyone else is posting beach pics while we’re posting from the operatory 🦷 hot girl summer but make it sterilization cycles, setting up & breaking down rooms, and patients all day 🙂

Trying to text people back while working in dentistry is basically impossible 😭🦷 one second we’re replying… next second there’s 3 patients waiting, an operatory to break down, another to set up, instruments to sterilize, and Dr. needs something ASAP

Us somehow becoming essential to the office in our 20s when we’re literally just trying to make TikToks, keep up with the chaos, and not spend our entire paycheck on Amazon & coffee😭🦷

When Dr. says she needs a handpiece and suddenly the autoclave cycle feels 17 hours long 😭🦷
Me staring at the sterilizer like it’s gonna hurry up if I beg🧍🏻‍♀️

Sometimes the suction has a mind of its own 😭🦷
Onr second you’re helping keep the patient comfortable… next thing you know you’ve suctioned their cheek, lip, Dr.’s finger, and they’re STILL drowning😬
