Finally got to visit one of our Diamond parts customers in Japan! The Yokota Air Base Aero Club has a small fleet of Diamond Aircraft Industries DA 40 NG aircraft, and just took delivery of a shiny new DA 42-VI the same day of our visit. It was a real treat to see Tokyo and Yokohama from the air!

This gorgeous new 2020 Cirrus SR22T just flew across the country to KHWD. We're taking care of the initial 25 hour inspection and oil change and everything looks good so far!

One of our longtime clients is selling his "Truckee shuttle" now that he has relocated out of California. This is easily one of the nicest Piper Dakota's around and is a great all around aircraft! N8106P is currently here for it's annual inspection and is available to be seen if anyone is interested.

This turbocharger crack was only visible once the exhaust collector was removed. Only after the turbocharger was disassembled could you see the turbine housing mounting fl**ge was nearly gone. This could have ended very badly, luckily a sequence of events led us to it before failure!

We wrapped up another Garmin GTX 335 ADS-B Out transponder installation this week on a Cessna 172S. With the 2020 deadline fast approaching we're doing our part to help everyone get compliant.

It was a Cirrusly busy Monday!
We've completed a firewall forward update on this 1957 Piper Tri-Pacer. The original Lycoming O-320 (dash zero) has been replaced with a factory rebuilt O-320-A2B. Other upgrades include a rear mounted oil cooler, remote mount oil filter, Plane-Power alternator conversion, and Skytec starter to name a few.
