"Proud Coach Moment"

What some of you don't know is I also work at another fitness club in the area for the past year and have been really trying to reinforce my professional and personal career growth while at the same time learn from the diverse experience levels of the other trainers and fitness professionals as well.

I never had a mentor when I got started, so everything that I have learned was mostly from trial and error and refining my target market and skill sets.

Today, I conducted a body composition test for one of my clients who is a 49yo female who has extensive history as a yogi and a runner but little experience in the world of traditional strength training.

That being said, we started working together around early April of 2025, and since then she has gained roughly 10lbs of lean body mass (LBM), gained about 5lbs of bodyweight (BW), and increased her skeletal muscle mass (SMM) roughly 6lbs.

When I told her of the results, she could not hold back the tears. Her effort, discipline, and commitment to the small things is paying off huge on her return on investment.

What she accomplished is attainable and realistic with knowing her history and how locked in she was to make a change.

She packed on armor. She is more metabolically healthy and active. She is more confident. She was hesitant with working with a male coach and she even questioned my methodology of training (which I was ok with); but she trusted the process and stayed consistent and her body has been responding very positively.

She is a vegan. We strength train 2x/week. She manages her own business. She prioritizes protein. She cycles Creatine as a supplement.

I am very proud of her for her hard work and I am excited for her future.

Over the years, I have been a firm believer that in order to be the best coach I can be, I needed to be with you in person. You need to evolve and adapt to always deliver for your clients who put in the work for you.

That being said, I am excited to announce KP is entering the virtual world of training and client coaching!

I am in the hunt for two (2) clients who can be KP's billboard model for full virtual training:

🌟WELCOME 🌟 Allow me to reintroduce myself and tell you the story of KP..I have held multiple positions in the fitness space such as trainer, group class instructor, contractor, etc. But something was missing; I’ve always wanted to bet on myself. My wife and I moved to Hatfield in April of 2020 where I could plant the initial seeds of KP and make that environment grow. Our 1,000sqft pole barn has been converted over the years to what my vision of KP will become; but don’t worry the vision never ends. I competed in Powerlifting, triathlons, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I served our beautiful country in the Marines and my local communities as a firefighter and EMS responder, but now I can call myself a dad to a little boy who makes me work harder than ever before. I take pride in strength and I love the relationship between the weight room and your self. I have been a trainer for more than 10 years and I love what I do. I coach small groups, 1:1, conduct assessments and check-ins, programs specific for individuals, and more recently ready to make the jump to the online world. I love networking, building relationships with like minded people, and especially helping guide people to truly express the best version of themselves. I don’t sugar coat your training and I will tell you where to dial in on, but just know if you work with KP, the results come and you’ll be hungry for more. Thank you for your time. One love 💕 🇺🇸💪

This past summer I was sifting through my old trophies and awards I stacked up over the years, throwing out ones I deemed necessary, I came across my first year of powerlifting in school. These were the numbers I put up and I was damn proud of them.

It’s funny looking back on that time of my lifting career and what my older self would tell that young, hungry, ambitious young lad. Probably the first thing would be to conduct a real warmup and not slap on 2 full wheels for your back squat to warm up.

Hey friends,

It has been a minute.

I wanted to provide a life update for you all. This year has been a roller coaster of ups and downs with professional career growth, family health issues, and becoming a new Dad. (Which is awesome)

I have been and always am dedicated to the mission of Krause Performance in the sole desire to help men and woman become stronger, confident, and more capable individuals. This directly bleeds into all facets of life with expressing their best financial, spiritual, and relationship fitness.

I want to give a quick shout out to my wife, Audrey, for without her I would not be able to pursue this entrepreneurial dream which is the hardest endeavor you can seek. She truly is the rock and I want to express my gratitude and love for her. This year she endured several medical incidents while at the same time becoming a Mother herself which I am very proud of her with showing dedication, compassion, and unconditional love for our son, Ronin.

I love what I do and I know this fitness space can be a confusing environment with contradicting information with multiple different explanations on topics. Let me help guide you on keeping the process simple and stress-free, for which your body will respond in a positive way.

KP wants to wish you a Happy New Year! Let 2025 be a year full of growth, happiness, and mild discomfort on your goals!
Here are my top 3 Performance Metrics to set yourself up for success on your health and fitness journey:
1. Track for one week your Protein intake (aim for 1g/kg of BW) Ex: if you are 200lbs, aim to consume 90g of protein consistently.
2. Track for one week your Hydration level (aim to consume half of your BW in oz) ex: if you weigh 200lbs, aim to consume 100oz of water everyday.
3. Track for one week your Movement Quality. (ex: you went for a 30-minute walk everyday for the one week)

This is the best self-reflection tool I utilize for my clients. This promotes the building of a healthy relationship with exercise, nutrition, and overall movement.
