F3 NFW

Thank you to our fav, most respected, and most HIM Zillow for leading us as the Misson AOQ this last year. Your hard work, dedication, commitment, and the investment you made in our lives shows how well this AO has done and changed so many lives.

Congratulations to our very own Gunny for taking over as the next AOQ for the Mission! We are excited to see how you will lead us next 43 feet.

As Zillow passes the flag, in a very Zillow fashion, he is taking on more new exciting responsibilities at the Expansion Q for our region. He will be joining the SLT (Shared Leadership Team) and help the region grow even more.

AO NorthPole flag has been passed from Gadget to TinSnips.
Thank you Gadget for all the hard work you have put into launching this AO 2 yrs ago, and committing to the growth of the region. We are excited for TinSnips bringing in his experience, and energy!

AOQ flag was passed from BigSpoon to BigCheese.

Thank you BigSpoon for all your hard-work, commitment, and the foundation you built for this AO in the last 3 years, helping us all to be 1% better every morning.
BigCheese we are excited to see you step up and the energy you will bring to this AO, and continue to lead us.

An honor to host our friend Band-camp from F3 Missouri.

Zillow and Band camp Co-Qed a special beatdown at AO The Thunderdome on Friday, May 29th as they shared about Living Water Internationals and challenged the entire NFW Region to raise money/awareness about this.

In 2023, F3 Kenya Nantan Safari “The Beast” made us aware of the need for safe water of those in his hometown of Homa Bay County, Kenya.
In 2024, a partnership was formed between F3, Damiens Hope Foundation Kenya and Living Water International and through time invested within the communities there came up with a wholistic plan to provide Water Access, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) solutions, along with mental health and environmental sustainability ones, to ensure the flourishing of 1200 households, or 6000 men, women and children in the area.
In 2025, the fundraising and awareness efforts began across F3 Nation … including beatdowns in South Carolina, Florida, Houston, and St Louis. In year one, the men of F3 and others connected to solving this issue, came together and raised the first $50,000 to begin the work.

20 HIM (high impact men) united at 5:30 AM, relentless pursuit of progress, 1% better every day!
