El robot ya tomo su decision
Another machine back up and running. Downtime costs money, so getting production moving again is always the goal. 🔧⚡
From concept to completion. ⚙️🤖
This robotic cell started as an empty space and was transformed into a fully integrated automation solution. From panel building and wiring to robot integration and final commissioning, every detail was engineered and built by our team.
Don’t let me leave !!!
Behind every running machine there’s hours of troubleshooting, testing, and problem solving. Some projects push the limits, but that’s where experience makes the difference. ⚡️🤖
Panel del 94… lleno de mugre, polvo y años de batalla 😭⚡️ pero sigue funcionando mejor que muchos nuevos.

Who doesn’t love to give a name to your 6-axis friend? Well, we called our PAC MAN, he’s yellow, but instead of eating balls and little monsters, he eats some electricity ⚡️ and likes to grab plates, and love to work on tight spaces and with short cycle 🔁 times.
A few months ago, while approaching someone to offer our services and solutions I was rejected because according to them the applications that they were involved were too difficult for our capabilities, and I said ok, fair enough, head down and start learning 📕 and investigating more. When these discussions are happening, I always go to the Lord 👑 🙏, and pray to give us an opportunity to demonstrate and develop such systems, and guess what? It came through. This is just to say, a good life lesson is to humble yourself and never underestimate who you have in front of you.Through blood and 😰 sweat and prayers 🛐, we completed this one as well. One thing that certainly differentiate our team is:- willpower- Critical thinking - Always thriving to find the best solution- Trade job experience (wood, metal fabrication, structural, plumbing, electrical etc)- Never give up - Ingenuity - Ability to modify things on the fly and on a quick time frame My biggest thanks is to God first and then to my MVP team:Abraham Downing Dany Peña Linchy Well, here it is our Robotic press brake system:-retrofitting a 50+ year old machine with relay logic, and pneumatic actuation (NOT hydraulic) [ask me what is the difference] - working on minimal space with tiny margins of errors ⚠️ - the interfacing with the press was the most tedious and time-consuming task we did, combining timing belts with pneumatics. This cell was completely designed, engineered, installed and automated by us.Cycle time: we were sitting at 95% efficiency but when we started the optimization process, the brake clutch start smoking 😖 and we had to slow down and wait for the hold lady to complete her cycle. Featuring:FANUC America Corporation Robotunits Inc. Murrelektronik North America corporation With this project and others in our belt, we are becoming a technical resource for metal fab businesses around the country:Painting, welding, cutting and heavy duty material handling. The future of automation looks 👀 Bright! What is your next challenge that we can help solve?
