Massive job wrapped up this week. Beautiful home on the water in Hartwell. We put the final piece of flooring in a few weeks ago but today we came back a did a deep cleaning after all the other contractors were done.
This is 7” White Oak pre finished. Full glue and nail down.
Locked in today 🔐

Another great floor finished for a local Toccoa home. Dustless sanding and application of commercial grade water-based finish. One of the biggest advantages of water-based polyurethane is how much cleaner it is to live with. With very low VOC emissions, there’s less odor during the process and fewer lingering fumes afterward meaning you can return to your space sooner without that strong odor. It’s a healthier option for families, pets, and anyone sensitive to air quality, while still delivering a durable, professional-grade finish that fully cures and ready for furniture within 3 days.
Trying to cope 😭

Absolutely love Nordic Sealer on Red Oak. One of my favorite combos.
