Graduation is almost here! We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of Harrisburg High School's Class of 2026 with our graduates, families, friends, staff, and our Harrisburg community.

🗓️ **Ceremony Information**
* Date & Location: Saturday, June 13, 2026 @ Severance Field (Rain date: June 14)
* Graduates Must Arrive By: 8:00 AM
* Gates Open: 9:00 AM
* Ceremony Begins Promptly: 10:00 AM

🎟️ **Admission Information**
* All guests must have an official graduation ticket to enter.
* Each graduate will receive 10 tickets.
* Graduation tickets, caps and gowns, and Senior T-shirts will be distributed during graduation practice.
* Harrisburg School District's Code of Conduct will be in effect. No exceptions.
* Please note that anyone exiting Severance Stadium will not be granted re-entry. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

We have a unique way to secure our 20x20 and 20x30 tents when placed on a hard surface...with wine barrels! We also use white water barrels for those not wanting the rustic look. No need for ugly, expensive concrete blocks.

This was an install of 2 tents, a 20x20 and 20x30 high peak tents side by side.

We are hiring! This is our secondary business, our Venue.

Hiring for part-time Cleaning/Venue Assistant. This position can be flexible. 15 to 25 hours per week (depends on our needs each week). Pay rate is $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience. Cleaning and Event experience preferred.

Typical workday can be 5-6 hours on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays (at times others days MAY be needed). We can be flexible on your work timing between the hours of 8am-4pm on the above days listed. If you prefer 8 hours in a day, we can work with this as well. Some Sunday mornings (as early as 6am, at times) will be required.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AVAILABLE ALL DAYS LISTED. WE ARE REASONABLY FLEXIBLE. REACH OUT, IF INTERESTED, AND WE'LL TALK.

The position consists of cleaning the Venue, office area, table linens, dinnerware, decor, rental chairs, chair cushions, etc. It also includes setting up and decorating our Venue. The position MAY become helping in the office and meeting with clients (depending on our needs and your abilities).

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who works well with others. We are a small family business and those who are not family are treated like it. If you have only worked for corporations, this job may not be for you. Relaxed atmosphere with loyal employees who have been with us.

The position is physically demanding. Requires lifting up to 30lbs and standing/walking for long periods of time. Requires bending, squatting, reaching and climbing stairs.
