Coach Spotlight ✨ Porter has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and is currently working on furthering his education to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

He has been with Two Wolves for the last year and has enjoyed improving the lives of multiple clients with a wide range of goals. We love the knowledge and positive attitude he brings to the gym!

In his free time he enjoys lifting heavy weights and playing Rugby with Old Gaelic Rugby Football Club.

Favorite Food: Tacos and Burgers
Favorite Animal: Otter
Favorite Lift: Squats

Porter is currently accepting new Personal Training clients, ages 12+. Whether your goal is to improve speed and agility for a sport, keep up with your grandkids, or general fitness/weightloss, Porter is ready to help you crush your goals!

If you’re looking to improve shoulder strength, add the push press into your exercise routine.

You can correctly perform the movement by grabbing a barbell or dumbbell with a full grip. Bend slightly at the knees and then drive up as powerfully as you possibly can.

This exercise can help you improve athletic performance, shoulder strength and stability, overhead mechanics, and creates a stronger lower body.

Summer Seminars start this Saturday! First up, we will be discussing 💦 HYDRATION 💦 Stick around after the 9am Class this Saturday for a free seminar on hydration. Coach Britt will be going through 5 Reasons Hydration is important (that you DIDN’T know!), debunking myths, and sharing tips on how to stay hydrated. We will be giving away free samples of some of our favorite HEALTHY Hydration Sports Drinks. The event will go from 10:30-10:50am. We hope to see you all this Saturday for some fitness and knowledge gains!

Shout out to one of our athletes, Lizzy, for earning her second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has been doing Tae Kwon Do for 20 years and has worked very hard towards this achievement. Lizzy is shown in the video completing sudo on the floor and flying side snap kick through two boards on each movement. Keep up the great work! We are so proud of you. 🐺 Wolfpack strong 🥋💪
