I wish I could carry this smile around with me all the time. This smile comes when I am doing what I love. It comes when I am performing for all of you.
The second I step onto a stage, I am free. Totally and unapologetically free. And even when doubt creeps in, and it does, the energy of artistic expression cures everything. For me, there is nothing I would rather do with my life or my time.
Thank you for being here and for believing in my artistic expressions. I am very grateful.

Rest.
I used to beat myself up mentally for taking time to rest. My mind would say terrible things like, “you should be doing more!” Or, “this is why you’re not successful yet.” & “you’re lazy!”
NONE of that has EVER been true.
I rest because I need to. I’ve just come off of such an amazing , inspiring , art/music/ joy filled weekend. Why would I ruin it with disparaging thoughts?!
I’m going to enjoy this couch snuggle. I’m going to eat soup and watch reruns of Vikings. Yawn, stretch and love on my fiancée & my cat.
And the only thoughts I will have , are the memories I made , the people I met and the art I shared and consumed.
So much to be grateful for. 🙏

Hello all!
I will start this out with “everything is FINE. I am FINE.”
I haven’t been keeping up on my “Blame it on Tuesday” live streams because I’ve had some schtuff come up that needs my attention.
I recently went to the doctor and told them about some stuff I was feeling with my heart. Well, after an EKG (that I practically had to plead for), it came back with irregularities & Bradycardia. I’ll be given a heart monitor to wear for a couple days and I had my echocardiogram today!
All this to say….speak up for yourselves. Listen to your heart “literally” and when something doesn’t feel right , SAY IT!! Say the quiet part out loud.
I promise to be back with my streams soon. And also, back for shows!
