Welcome to Hot Wax Summer!!!! 😎😎😎 It’s not officially summer yet, but we are ready to kick off the weekend with a fun sale for all the vinyl lovers. If you’ve been dreaming about a certain 45rpm record or full LP album, now is the time! 45s are basically half off with a twist, thanks to our son’s creative marketing idea.😉

Additionally, let this be a PSA to anyone who collects vinyl records: Protect your albums from extreme heat this summer!!! This means never letting them sit in direct sunlight or a hot car, and storing them away from hot attics and musty or wet basements.

The Hot Wax sale will run throughout the summer at random times so make sure you’re tuning in! 📻

This week, we met with our landlord to plan our backyard patio cleanup so that we’ll be able to host small events and pop-ups under the dreamy lights this summer.✨ Event announcements coming soooooon!!

This past Friday, we said goodbye to our original shop dog, Copper Myers.🐶 Over the last three years since we’ve been open, he’d occasionally join me at the shop while my parents went to Penn State football games. He absolutely loved greeting new customers and getting all the free pets he could. A local even brought us a cookie once! Oftentimes, he clashed with our Quality Control Manager 🐈‍⬛ at home, but a good nap or walk around Italian Lake usually did the trick. We will miss his spirit and perfect smile, but mostly the way he leaned into your hand when you rubbed his head. He was the sweetest thing. 🧡🤍
