Struggling to believe its been a decade since this project was completed. We had such a great experience building this with ABC and our team. Cheers to their anniversary and continued success!

2025 was an interesting year for us. We were blessed to be very busy with great clients, fun projects, and a dedicated team. While personally we walked through a season of great loss within the Austin family. A lot of highs and lows experienced throughout the year but we remain grateful. Excited for what this new year has in store, on to 2026!

Saddened to share the passing of not only a long time friend and subcontractor but also a family member. Will or Uncle Will as many called him was the definition of cool, calm, and collected. If he ever got mad we never knew it. His steadfastness undoubtedly led to the success of the company he founded almost 60 years ago. Over the years Will and Virginia’s home was host to countless gatherings, parties, and even some craft shows. Their welcoming nature is something that will never be forgotten. We are thankful for the many years of working together and the countless gatherings he hosted.

A few months ago we were approached to assist with a wonderful project put together by the Hanover Kiwanis Club. Along with them, Burkentine Real Estate Group, Hanover Borough Government and our team we built this pavilion structure at Hanover’s Union Park. Last night the pavilion was dedicated. Was definitely a fun and rewarding experience to be a part of an organization fulfilling their mission of giving back to the community. We love trying new things. Whether it be products or colors its exciting doing something we haven’t done before. When this client suggested they wanted to go all black, we were all in. It seemed like this house just had the right lines for it. The final product looks so cool.

2025 has been a very interesting year so far. We’re blessed to continue to be very busy and have wonderful clients who trust us with their homes and businesses. With all that goes on sharing photos from projects is something that falls by the wayside. However we thought it wouldn’t hurt to post a sneak peek of some projects we’ve wrapped up so far in 2025.

What seems like maybe 2 years ago (2019) Half Pint Creamery Renovations hired us to help curate their vision of turning an old partially burnt schoolhouse into a marquee location for their ice cream business. After many years of planning and certainly plenty of hard work they have asked us to do it again! This time though we will be building a new location from the ground up. We wont release too many details so you will have to follow their page to find out the full scoop🍦!

They turned our burnt down schoolhouse into something beautiful… and now they’re taking on Gettysburg!

We officially signed the contract with Mark Austin Building this morning. Excitement is an understatement! ✅🍦 🛠️🔥

One of the most unique restoration projects we have ever completed is available for rent. This project was so much fun to put together happy to see it still looks like the day we left, 10 years on.
