In Sanskrit it loosely translates as:
OM: the sound or vibration of life/universe
Namah: I bow, I acknowledge, I offer reverence
Shivaya: that which transforms, dissolves what no longer serves, and makes renewal possible.
No wonder its stuck in my head.
