Just got done a project where I took part of an old shed that was in the corner of a carport and turned it into a bar area. Just waiting on a couple coats of paint and it'll be ready for service.

I have at least 2 of these calls each year where an outlet will stop working. As soon as I saw the space heater I knew the issue. That small heater has a 1500 watt heating element in it. That means on a 15 amp circuit you're already over loading it. Luckily the neutral wire lost contact and wouldn't allow the heater to work any longer or they may have lost their house.

I haven't posted in a while. This is a job I did on Monday. Framed approximately 40' of wall. Added a few outlets in customer chosen locations. Hung drywall. Also fixed some siding that had blown off the side of the house. I normally hang drywall horizontally, but the customer is going to mud and tape the walls himself so I made it that he wouldn't have any butt joints to deal with.

Had a customer that bought metal siding from an auction. There were several colors included in the lot. We figured out what we could do as far as area with each color, and he settled on this layout. Gave this 80 year old barn a nice little face-lift.

Just finished up this job today. Removed all the old carpet, and padding. Installed all new laminate flooring. Also installed a shiplap accent wall. Walls are getting fresh paint (by someone else) soon.

Customer wanted a bathroom added in their basement. Just waiting on the plumber to finish up so they can start using it.

Chilly start to the cutting season, but at least the sun is shining!

My customer asked me to build a semi- permanent wall to separate a hall from an area that is now used as a bedroom. If there ever comes a time for it to be removed there will be minimal damage to the existing floor and ceiling.
