We've partnered with Brivo to bring you smarter, more flexible access to your facility. What does that mean for you? More court time — even during off-peak hours when our team isn't on-site.

Here's what's new:
📲 A personal PIN in your member profile (Menu > Personal Information) to access the facility during unstaffed hours when you have a reservation
🏓 Our team will still be front and center during peak hours
📞 And as always — we're just a call or email away, anytime

We'll be updating our waivers and disclosures to reflect these changes, so keep an eye out for those. With these changes, we want to ensure safety and accountability for all our members.
