How many guests can you plan for under a 20×40 tent? It depends on your layout, event specifications, and how you want to use the space.

A 20×40 tent provides 800 sq. ft. of covered space. Here are some general planning recommendations:

🍽️ Seated + extra areas: 50–70 guests
🍽️ Tables & chairs: 70–80 guests
🪑 Ceremony-style seating: 80–100 guests
🥂 Seated + standing: 80–100 guests
🍸 Standing + highboy tables: 100–120 guests

These numbers are general planning estimates, not maximum occupancy limits. Adding a dance floor, buffet, bar, DJ area, décor, or other dedicated spaces can change the recommended guest count.

Every event is different, so the final layout should always be based on the specific setup, available space, and applicable venue or local requirements.

Yesterday evening was incredible. We witnessed the beginning of something exciting in this beautiful city that has given us so much.

Blink Marquee lit up its screen at exactly 7:00 p.m., and we had the pleasure of being there for it. Seeing Hamilton grow and come to life in new ways means a lot to us.
