A 2-foot-wide cleared area has been successfully established behind the fence row, effectively eliminating excessive w**d growth and poison ivy along the fence line. Although pre-project photographs of the fence line were not taken, the customer expresses high satisfaction with the outcome. Additionally, overgrown bushes in the front of the property were trimmed to meet the customer's approval.

A whole row of privacy fence required new posts to restore its stability. Notably, a small stump fragment was the sole element preventing the entire fence from collapsing. All new posts were installed, and while most panels were salvaged, a few were replaced. A complimentary power wash will be conducted tomorrow to ensure the area looks its best. Teamwork makes the dream work.

The new black chain link fence looks beautiful. The homeowners recently purchased this home. We had the pleasure of meeting them for all the work needed that didn't pass inspection. We did all the work after they purchased the home, and they said they needed a fence. It turned out beautiful. They wanted a regular chain link, but we then learned after pulling a permit that Miamisburg doesn't allow galvanized fencing anymore. So, this is our first black one.

A new shed ramp was constructed and new lattice skirting was installed. The customer requested the utilization of leftover composite deck boards. Upon removal of the old materials, evidence of previous termite damage to the original structure became apparent. To rectify this, we lifted the shed using jacks and employed support blocks to restore it to a level position.

The client requested additional work to his deck.

Two doors were professionally installed with custom frames in an older residence that has experienced settling over time. One door previously had issues with detachment at the bottom due to floor contact, while the other door was missing; both doors are now properly fitted. A follow-up visit is required for minor trim adjustments, as the original trim was not reusable.
