Brighter Days Maintenance

This one here was probably the first for us of its kind. This Hotwater heater is frim 1973 or 78
Part of the last number had a mark in it. This took way longer than it should have. Great experience!!! Some countertop modifications needed to happen. Job completed and turned out great.
Were gonna do an experiment on this tank just to see what the inside of a 53 year old tank looks like. This is clear proof older things were built to last.

New floor & flooring
New vanity and top

This door here. Lets talk aboit it!! Someone installed an interior door because when they was hired to install a new door. They must not understood the assignment. They used an interior door because they couldnt find the right size door for this job. We received a call about needing a new door because heat was just getting in. Welp we find its a door used for your bedroom. Welp we did what was needed to install the correct door. These things need to stop smh another Darwin award. I really dont wanna know why they raised the flooring so high.

Freshly painted

All bad wood replaced with new cedar and old paint removed. New sealer along with new paint. We threw in sanding and new paint on the gable vents. This customer is ready for the rain and snow to come for many years.

Little repair work after the flood remediation came in and did there thing.

Someone installed this hot water heater and thought it was ok to leave this fitting like this.
Darwin award buddy!!!

Gotta love them 19ft ceiling jobs
