Consistency isn't about perfection. It's about proving to yourself that you can do hard things, even when you don't feel like it. Indoor cycling teaches that lesson every ride.

At Spinning®, we've seen it for over 30 years. The riders who succeed aren't the ones who wait to feel ready. They're the ones who show up anyway.

It has been 34 years. It is time for us to say goodbye to Samson Gym. There were no takers so we will have everything removed during the next 30 days. As you can imagine, there are so many emotions. We could never begin to thank all the friends that have walked this journey with us. We could never begin to thank the thousands of people that have worked out with us and supported the gym. We are grateful for each and every one of you. Our last full day will be Monday, December 1st. Please pickup any personal belongings you may have here. We have been trying to get pictures of each and every one. So many wonderful memories. Most of all, we want to thank Tad and Pam Butler. They began this journey with us 34 years ago. The first 9 years with them was incredible. We all had a vision and that was the start of a dream come true.
We give all the credit to God. He has always put the right people in the right places. We will trust Him as we move forward and follow His lead.

Darris and I would travel with Paul and his wife back in the day. Darris and Paul would compete in powerlifting. Sheri and I would be known to eat and shop! Great times!

So many memories!

After 34 years as gym owners and operators, we have decided to sell and take some time for ourselves. Not an easy decision. However, it is time.
